During this getaway, you’ll explore the Alsace wine region from a new perspective, uncovering the deep ties between the history of our villages and the heritage of our wines, with the Grand Crus as their crowning jewels.
Travel to the Kaysersberg Valley, the birthplace of Alsace’s Grand Crus: it saw the first Grand Cru mention in 1975 and the most recent in 2007. Undoubtedly, this is the perfect place to discover these exceptional wines, born from the unique terroirs and the dedication of winemakers. Begin your experience with a high-quality regional menu crafted by the chef of one of our restaurants, using only seasonal ingredients. The Grand Crus perfectly complement Alsace’s gastronomy: savour the harmony of flavours from these dishes paired with the Grand Crus from our vineyards.
We offer three dining experiences. In addition to the traditional menu, you can try the “Flavours” menu prepared by Michelin Guide®-recognised restaurateurs (holders of a Bib Gourmand or Plate award). Or, indulge in a “Parenthèse étoilée” (available only on request at info@kaysersberg.com or by phone at +33 3 89 78 22 78) at one of our valley’s three Michelin-starred restaurants! After this delightful culinary journey, unwind in a comfortable room at one of our charming hotels.
